Dr. Akash is a board-certified orthodontist with several years of combined experience as an orthodontist and a general dentist. After completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of California at Lost Angeles (UCLA), he practiced as a general dentist in Vancouver, Canada. He then completed his MSc in Craniofacial Science and Orthodontics from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.

As an orthodontist, he enjoys the mental stimulation that comes with diagnosis and treatment planning; the technical difficulties involved in carefully moving teeth, and the creative aspect of crafting a distinct and attractive smile that suits each individual patient. Dr. Akash is committed to providing the best possible care and treatment for his patients.

In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking, photography and watching basketball.
